By open subtitling, we mean all subtitles that are placed directly on the video for broadcast - which is the case with foreign language films and fragments of programmes requiring this feature.
Our equipment capitalises on the versatility of standard PC architecture. Any PC can be turned into a subtitling machine without interfering with the other applications installed on the computer. This architecture ensures our clients can swiftly deploy equipment and subtitling policies, thus providing the greatest operational flexibility.
Anglatècnic offers two solutions - one providing low-cost offline stations and the other an online station that directly inserts the subtitle on the image. The offline station generates a file that can be used by the online station to generate subtitled video and store it in a suitable format.
